As we monitor ongoing developments and safety information related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are following guidelines from public health authorities, including Governor Wolf and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and our own operational preparedness plan to ensure business continuity while working to provide exceptional care for our clients.

In light of everything that is going on, we want to be proactive in reaching out and communicating our operating plan over the next week.

The Cummings Law Firm WILL REMAIN OPERATIONAL. We are actively working with all of our staff members to enable them to work remotely. To all of our current clients – if you have an active case that is being worked on, please be assured that work towards your case will continue uninterrupted.

As we cannot open our physical locations at this time, we will default to using telecommunication in lieu of face-to-face meetings. This may take the form of telephone calls, video conferences, emails, or text messages. We plan on taking full advantage of the technologies available to us to make this temporary displacement as seamless as possible.

Never-the-less, given the swiftness of all that is transpiring, we humbly ask that you bear with us as we adjust to new working conditions. There may be a slight delay in returning phone calls or emails. Moving forward, we will do our very best to be as transparent and vocal as possible.
